VISITOR SERVICES ASSISTANT

Provide a safe, fun experience for museum guests by assisting in the daily operation of exhibits, programs, admissions and gift shop. Must have excellent customer service skills; experience in a fast paced public setting; proven record with cash register, cash drawers, and providing information to the public. Part time, 15-30 hrs/week, weekends, evenings, holidays. $8 per hour plus vacation and sick leave benefits.

DATA ENTRY CLERK

Part-time position. Keyboard skills required. Position enters transportation data into our traffic management system. Limited but flexible hours based on workload required by railroad tariff charges.

LIBRARY PAGE

Sort and shelve books and other library materials. Maintain the general order of the library by straightening books and materials on shelves and keeping the floors and tables clean and orderly. Some knowledge of the Dewey Decimal System and basic computer functions necessary. Starts at $9.22 per hour plus pro-rated vacation and schedule. Part-time, 12 hrs/wk.

PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Cooperative preschool is now accepting applications for teachers in it’s pre-3 class which meets from 9:30 - 11:30 on Tuesday & Friday mornings. Looking for someone who has early childhood education background and/or experience in a preschool setting and is an energetic leader who is comfortable working with children and parents in a co-op setting.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Full and part-time positions available starting at $10 per hour plus bonuses and benefits. No experience required. On the job training for qualified applicants who are energetic, outgoing, have a passion for excellence, have a working knowledge of MS Office, have a positive attitude, a desire to achieve goals, and who want to work in a fast-paced environment providing customer service and support to existing clients.

MOTEL DESK CLERK/RECEPTIONIST

Small motel needs people-oriented desk clerk/receptionist to work weekends. Computer knowledge helpful but not required. Minimum wage to start. Must be flexible and able to work all week ends.

FOOD SERVER

Near Campus. Serves meals in formal restaurant setting to residents and guests. Position requires the ability to follow directions, work well with others, and maintain a good rapport with customers; able to obtain a food handler’s permit; some experience preferred but not required. Part-time, less than 20 hours per week. 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Sat & Sun, on call during the week.

CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS

20 openings at call center. We have openings in the South Seattle and Redmond offices. Shifts are Mon-Fri beginning between 5:30 and 7:30 am. Salary is $10 per hour + bonuses. Prefer bilingual and sales experience.

NURSERY SUPERVISOR

Supervise and train nursery staff; provide nursery care under safe and healthy conditions; schedule staff, purchase equipment and conduct staff meetings. Must have knowldege of child development and positive discipline techniques and previous staff supervision experience. Will require TB test, First Aid and CPR certifications. $9.62 to $10.10 per hour. Use Ref#5020-BE.

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Provide prompt and courteous service and information to current and prospective members and controls access to facilities; Act as a liaison and champion for program and respond to member concerns. May require First Aid & CPR certifications after hire. Ref#3080-WS

NURSERY AIDE

Supervise children in the nursery. Must be 18 or older and have HS diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with children preferred. Will require First Aid, CPR, and a TB test. $7.26 to $9.07 per hour.

PART-TIME SECRETARY

15-20 hours per week. Secretary and data entry functions. Tracking and keeping information current. HS diploma or equivalent plus 2 years experience. Data entry experience required. $10.21 DOE.

PART-TIME SECRETARY

25 hrs per week. Secretarial functions including taking messages, answering questions, problem solving and general office duties. HS diploma/equivalent. Two years experience. Experience in mental health field preferred. $10.21per hour, DOE.

PART-TIME CHILDCARE

April 19 - June 25, 2004. 3pm to 5:30pm, 3 nights per week. Work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and alternate weeks Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Job duties include meeting 2 daughters at school at 3pm and staying with them until 5:30pm. May include driving to soccer practices. Will pay $250 per month. References required.

We need someone with good word processing skills and the ability to summarize news stories and type them into our database every Sunday through Thursday evening. Dependability is a must. Position will support laboratory personnel in conducting daily preparations, processes, data input functions, maintenance of equipment/instruments, and overall care of the laboratory in compliance with the company protocols and GLP standards. HS grad with college coursework in biological sciences. 2-3 years veterinary clinic or related experience preferred.

SPECIMEN PROCESSING TECH

Rapidly growing bio-medical research lab focused on drug development through research seeks specimen processing tech. Responsible for the timely and accurate receipt, processing, and storage of lab specimens in compliance with GLP guidelines, study protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule. HS grad plus college courses in biological sciences.

COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE-DOCUMENT CONTROL

Rapidly growing bio-medical research lab focused on drug development via research. Under close supervision, coordinate documentation activities and implement ducumentation systems to ensure compliance with GLP requirements. Maintain computerized files to support all documentation systems, including training records, master schedule, SOP study files, study protocols, and amendments. HS grad with some college coursework. Requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and highly skilled in Excel and Word.
