2003 Fall Intramural Activities
Fall Quarter intramurals include sport leagues, tournaments, various aerobic activities and sport clubs. For information on all intramural activities or to sign up, contact Movakel Sargizi in Room 3033 or phone (206) 546-6994.
The following intramural activities are fun and free for all students and staff.
Open gym:
Wednesdays from 12:30 to 2 p.m:
Activities include volleyball, badminton, pingpong, dance, tae kwon do or
other appropriate indoor activities.
Tournaments:
Pingpong,/Badminton/Racquetball:
Two out of three, double- elimination tournaments start Monday, Oct. 20.
Sport clubs:
Fencing Club:
Meets from 4:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesdays in Room 3014. Contact Advisor- Kevin Mar
for more information. All skill levels are welcome.
Cross Country Running Club:
Meets at 12:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays in Room 3033. Contact Advisor Movakel for more information.
Snowboard/Ski Club/Ping Pong Club/Badminton Club:

Lunchtime activities:
Pilates:
Instructor CJ leads this activity from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 3002.
Kickboxing:
Patricia holds this class from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays in
Room 3025.
Total Body Training:
Carol Dyksterhuis leads this activity from 1:40 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 3025.
Yoga:
Paul instructs from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 3011.
Other Activities:
Swimming:
Free swimming at Helene-Madison is available. For more information or to pick up a pool schedule, contact the IMA office in Room 3033 or call (206) 546-6994.
Evening Yoga:
Charlene hosts this activity from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays in Room 3011.
