WHAT DOES DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. MEAN TO YOU?
Ja Michael - I appreciate all the things the man did, but I don't celebrate it like a religious holiday. Not like Christmas or anything. I don't go to those extremes. It's because of people like Dr. King that I'm able to attend an integrated college like this one.
Fernand Wong - He was an example for all people to fight for their rights. He fought for civil liberties and the right to vote for all people.
Corey Sanford - His birthday is not celebrated enough. There should be presents.
Celia Martinez - A day of reflection about a man that tried to give everyone equal rights.
Calvin Richet - Liberation.
