Now you have no excuse to not get your workout throughout the week. Shoreline offers a variety of intramural sports free to students. "Total Body Workout" is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:40-2:30 in room 3025. In addition, yoga, kickboxing, fencing, self defense and badminton classes are also offered absolutely free in the gymnasium. All you need to do is show up and be ready to get that heart a pumping.
