THERE'S SOMETHING FUNNY ABOUT THIS...

Introducing the new humor page. Send us something funny. Cartoons, comics, jokes, whatever.

For example: "A guy runs into a hardware store and frantically tells the clerk, 'I need a mouse trap. Hurry, I have to catch a bus!'

"The clerk looks at him quizzically and drawls, 'I don't think I have a mouse trap that big...'"

Send your mirthfulness to webbtide@yahoo.com or drop them off in room 1502.

Hey, it's W!

"Dubya" says... "Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria is responsible for 9/11."

I hate shrink wrap. I wish the traffic in Seattle would get better just so that I could sleep in. Am I the only one waiting for the Christina Aguilara porn tape? Isn't just a matter of time??? Since when did all the luxury car commercials go to black and white? Reality shows will never go away, they are going to be our generation's version of hair metal bands. Nobody will admit it, but we all watch... Does anyone else think that Jack Osbourne's recent admission to rehab is absolutely ridiculous? I mean, we all have demons, but if every 20 year old who partied a little too much went to rehab... The over/under on this years student elections voting is 180... I'm going to take the under. Everyone who wants the Carrot Top commercials to stop, raise your hand. I thought so.

This parking situation at Shoreline is unbearable. The lack of parking spaces is understandable, although still aggravating. A school that is over thirty years old could not have anticipated the population growth and ensuing parking demands. However, it is not this deficit that is the main culprit behind this rant. It's the student population. Walking an extra 50 feet due to a parking space that is across the lot is not that much to ask. In fact, it would probably help a lot of the student population. Waiting and blocking traffic in order to reap a close spot is not only annoying, but downright rude. Like the people that follow shoppers out of the mall during Christmas, there is no lower place of contempt in my heart then those of you who will wait for prime parking spot for five minutes while stopping the entire rest of the college from getting to class on time and before you.
