Format

·         Sender’s and receiver’s address are in the correct location.

·         The name, address, and city/state are in the proper order.

·         No unnecessary punctuation is visible.

·         Left justification of either the sender’s or receiver’s address is not right.

·         Something about the name, address, and city/state are in in improper order.

·         Unnecessary punctuation is visible.

·         Sender’s and receiver’s addresses are in the opposite location from where they should be.

 

Accuracy

·         All names and addresses are correctly spelled.

·         Some aspects of the addresses are inaccurate but it could still be delivered or returned reliably.

·         The address of either the sender or receiver is so inaccurate that it could not be delivered or returned reliably.

 

Readability

·         Names and addresses are easily readable (Neither font nor font size makes reading difficult.

·         Names and addresses are readable after looking at it more closely but not immediately.

·         Either the font or the font size makes the address so unreadable as to cause delivery problems.
