The Criminal Justice program offers
students an overview of the forces that
have shaped and influenced the field of
criminal justice; explores ethical and
social issues and promotes
self-awareness; introduces strategies
for understanding, preventing and
investigating criminal activities;
teaches practical criminal justice
procedures and prepares students for
careers in law enforcement, corrections,
private security, and other areas.
Students planning to pursue a bachelor's
degree should follow the Criminal
Justice Option A transfer degree.
